ISEM PACKAGING GROUP AND SACCHETTIFICIO TOSCANO ANNOUNCE THE CLOSING OF THE AGGREGATION OPERATION
Milan 27 September 2023 – The closing has been carried out for the aggregation of Sacchettificio Toscano to Isem Packaging Group, two rapidly growing companies, historic in the luxury packaging panorama European, with the aim of strengthening the group’s perimeter by focusing its development transversally in the luxury sector.
Isem Packaging Group, born from the union of the Isem Group and the IndustrialPack Group</ a> at the end of September 2022, has the ambition of providing the reference markets with a broad and excellent portfolio of products and services, a flexible and agile production capacity and an effective response to the needs deriving from the great attention to sustainability which also pervades the sector of luxury packaging.
The integration of Sacchettificio Toscano will bring to Isem Packaging Group more than 40 years of history as a strategic partner of large operators in the luxury sector, strengthening the Group’s positioning in its reference sector and accelerating the transversal growth strategy undertaken a year ago .
Following the integration operation, the new Board of Directors will be composed of Catia and Roberto Tempesti, current shareholders and CEOs of Sacchettificio Toscano, who will maintain their role as CEOs of Sacchettificio Toscano, also becoming shareholders of Isem
Packaging Group, who will be joined by Marco Giovannini, shareholder and President of Isem Packaging Group, as President of Sacchettificio Toscano, Carlo Gregori, shareholder and Vice President of Isem Packaging Group, as Director of Sacchettificio Toscano and Francesco Pintucci, shareholder and
CEO of Isem Packaging Group, who will hold the position of CEO of Sacchettificio Toscano.
Furthermore, the Group will maintain the current production and organizational structure, taking advantage of the industrial and professional synergies of its employees, the main architects of the growth recorded by both companies in recent years, despite the complex market context of strong volatility and instability that has
characterized and is characterizing the world economic cycle.
ISEM Packaging Group is made up of three historic Italian luxury packaging companies, ISEM, Grafiche Bramucci and Industrial Pack.
