Each chapter of the Group is marked by the know-how of our historical companies, united in the constant pursuit of efficiency

1949 Enrica Maestri and Cesare Darone found ISEM in Vigevano, Italy. Production includes boxes for shirts, accessories, bed sheets and toys.
The company is one of the first in Italy to import state-of-the-art machinery from the United States to optimize process quality and speed.
1970-1980 During the 1970s and 1980s, production grows significantly and ISEM Group becomes a single major player in the packaging industry. 2000 ISEM adopts a "full service" business model: it enriches its supply service with the inclusion of customer-owned components such as perfumes, creams and gadgets within the giftsets. 2008 ISEM acquires La Poligrafica, taking the first step in the development of carton production.

The French sales branch, ISEM France, is established.

2018 Grafiche Bramucci also joins the Group as a leading company in the development of the luxury folding boxes industry and one of the first printers in Italy to adopt the UV off-set printing technique. 2019-2020 The Group launches a major investment plan, adopting a new off-set printing machine, a new hot printing machine, a new cutting machine and two new EMMECI machines.
2020-2021 A new production plant is established in Vigevano, dedicated to folding boxes co-packing.
ISEM Obtains the B Corp certification and a silver medal as ECOVADIS rating.
Grafiche Bramucci merges permanently into ISEM.

ISEM acquires Sacchettificio Toscano.

The Group becomes a Benefit Society.
2022 ISEM acquires IndustrialPack,
a group operating in the fashion,
eyewear and chocolate industries
for the production of giftsets,
folding boxes and silk papers.

ISEM BRAMUCCI Middle East is
established as a local sales branch
in the Middle East.
2023 2024 The Group expands further with the acquisition of Bartoli Packaging, historical excellence of Made in Italy specialized in the production of luxury rigid boxes for high fashion.

ISEM achieves EcoVadis Gold rating for corporate sustainability.
2025 ISEM Packaging Group acquires EGISA, strengthening its position as the first fully integrated, multinational luxury packaging group. This strategic move enhances its multi-product and multi-service offering across target markets.
