ISEM AND INDUSTRIAL PACK GROUPS ANNOUNCE THE CLOSING OF THE AGGREGATION OPERATION
Milan 30 September 2022 – The closing has been carried out for the aggregation of the Industrial Pack Group to the Isem Group, two rapidly growing, complementary and historic companies in the European luxury packaging panorama, with the aim of strengthening the perimeter of the group focusing its development transversally in the luxury sector.
The new Group has the ambition of providing its reference markets with excellent products and services, flexible and agile production capacity and an effective response to the needs deriving from the great attention to sustainability which also pervades the luxury packaging sector. Francesco Pintucci, shareholder and CEO of the Isem Group, will hold the position of CEO of Industrial Pack, while Carlo Gregori, current reference shareholder and President of Industrial Pack, will become a shareholder of the Isem Group and will hold the position of Vice President of both Isem that of Industrial Pack.
The two Groups will also maintain the current production and organizational structure, taking advantage of the industrial and professional synergies of their employees, the main architects of the growth recorded by both Groups in recent years, despite the complex market context of strong volatility and instability that has characterized and is characterizing the world economic cycle.
The ISEM Group is made up of two historic Italian luxury packaging companies, ISEM and Grafiche Bramucci.
Founded in 1949 in Vigevano, ISEM was one of the first printing companies in Italy to import production machinery from the United States to improve the quality and speed of processes, continuously increasing production during the 70s and 80s. Today, ISEM is among the leaders in the European market of luxury rigid boxes for perfumery, cosmetics and wine & spirit, representing the strategic partner of numerous customers worldwide.
Grafiche Bramucci was born in Sesto San Giovanni in 1966, initially producing refined entirely handmade caskets. In the 1970s, Grafiche Bramucci industrialised production, moving on to the creation of high-end cases to become one of the main players in the luxury sector. Currently, the company is among the leaders in the production of cases for the cosmetics and luxury sector, with an annual production of over 50 million cases.
The Industrial Pack Group was born from the union of three historic Italian companies, leaders in the design and production of packaging for high quality products made in Italy, (boxes, rigid boxes, tissues, cases) we are talking about Industrial Box, Velincart and Pack+.
With over 70 years of experience, these companies joined together in a single Group in 2019, giving life to Industrial Pack, in line with the same philosophy with which they join Isem Group today, with the aim of being an integrated and able to provide its target market with a broad product portfolio, becoming the sole interlocutor for its customers in finding the right solution in response to their needs.
