Each chapter of the Group is marked by the know-how of our historical companies, united in the constant pursuit of efficiency

1949 Enrica Maestri and Cesare Darone found ISEM in Vigevano, Italy. Production includes boxes for shirts, accessories, bed sheets and toys.
The company is one of the first in Italy to import state-of-the-art machinery from the United States to optimize process quality and speed.
1970-1980 During the 1970s and 1980s, production grows significantly and ISEM Group becomes a single major player in the packaging industry. 2000 ISEM adopts a "full service" business model: it complements the supply with the inclusion of customer-owned components such as perfumes, creams and gadgets within the products. 2008 ISEM acquires La Poligrafica, taking the first step in the development of carton production.

The French sales branch, ISEM France, is established.

2018 Also joining the Group is Grafiche Bramucci, a leading company in the development of the luxury carton industry and one of the first printers in Italy to adopt the UV off-set printing technique. 2019-2020 The Group launches a major investment plan, adopting a new off-set printing machine, a new hot printing machine, a new cutting machine and two new EMMECI machines.
2020-2021 A new production plant is established in Vigevano, dedicated to L’Oreàl for carton co-packing.
ISEM Obtains B Corp certification and silver medal as ECOVADIS rating. ISEM acquires IndustrialPack, a group active in the fashion, eyewear and haute chocolaterie industries for the production of hard boxes, cartons and tissue papers.

ISEM BRAMUCCI Middle East, a local sales branch in the Middle East, is established. 2023 Grafiche Bramucci merge permanently into ISEM.
The Group becomes a Benefit Society.

2024 The company subsequently acquired Bartoli Packaging, which is an excellent Made in Italy product specializing in the production of luxury rigid boxes.

ISEM achieves EcoVadis Gold rating for corporate sustainability.
